Great location right on the shore of Lake Garda. Pretty big room with a terrace overlooking the lake. Pool seemed clean but we weren't able to use it (bad weather).
The walls seem to be thin and you can hear you neighbors if they make noise. Seems to be a family run business. The problem is that the family's kids are extremely noisy and unruly. Doesn't really deserve the 4-star rating it has. More like a 3-star hotel. Overpriced. We left with the horrible feeling of having been ripped off.

The rooms at Villa Cappellina are cozy and well-appointed, making you feel right at home. The en suite bathroom with a hairdryer is a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV with Sky channels provides entertainment after a long day of exploring.
Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference, and others may appreciate the refreshing coolness.

The rooms at Villa Cappellina are cozy and comfortable, making us feel right at home. We loved having our own en suite bathroom with a hairdryer, so convenient for a family with two small kids. The flat-screen TV with Sky channels provided entertainment for everyone, especially during downtime in the evenings. The minibar in the room was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy cold drinks whenever we wanted.
Personally, we found the seating area in certain units to be a bit cramped.

The hotel's decoration was charming and had a cozy feel. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining area, were well-maintained and provided a comfortable space for relaxation. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy access ramps and elevators available to assist with mobility.
I would have preferred if the children working there had been more attentive and helpful towards senior guests. A better understanding of the needs and preferences of older individuals would have made the vacation experience even more enjoyable.
